We are so excited for our camps at Lake Fairfax and Burke Lake Parks to begin next week!  That’s right, in addition to our All About Animals camp and our Adventures on the Farm camp, our Catch Some Fun & Sun camp at Lake Fairfax Park and our Nature’s Secrets in the Great Outdoors camp at Burke Lake Park begin next week (July 17th)!

Extended Care:  Do you need to drop your child off before camp starts?  or pick your child up later than 4:00 PM?  Camp Extended Care is available at Frying Pan and Lake Fairfax parks before and after our elementary age camps.  Get the details for your Camp Extended Care options!

Adventures on the Farm at Frying Pan Park

Come experience a unique camp adventure through hikes, crafts, games, cooking tie dyeand hands-on demonstrations such as goat-milking or animal grooming!  Campers also enjoy a wagon ride through the park, Water Day & Tie Dye Day!!    Also, enjoy daily baking and make ice cream the old fashioned way + more fun activities!  Register TODAY! Nature’s Secrets in the Great Outdoors

Experience nature and all the fun of shady Burke Lake Park!  Explore different parts of the park on the trails and observe nature at its finest.  Learn about and identify the fauna and flora around the lake and in the park.  Preschool campers also enjoy the carousel and train rides.  Elementary campers enjoy mini-golfing, kayaking, fishing, scavenger hunts +  tie dye day    along with crafts, games & other activities this camp is sure to appeal to children of any age!  Register TODAY.

Discovery Time: Let’s Build

In this STEM inspired camp, campers get their little hands working to make creations using different materials and learn about simple design, measurement & tools.  Campers pool their skills to build a bridge to the Big Rock Candy Island!   painterCampers also, hone their engineering and architectural skills by learning how different weather conditions affect their projects and about simple machines such as inclined planes and pendulums.   Plus lots of outdoor fun & more!   Register TODAY! Discovery Time: Rocks & Mineralsrocks

Learn about the rocks & minerals around us.  Campers go on rock expeditions throughout the park and examine their treasures!  They learn different kind of rocks and about everyday objects made from rocks & minerals.  Paired with experiments, other activities and lots of outdoor fun, campers enjoy this unique STEM inspired camp.  Register TODAY! Catch Some Fun & Sun! 

Add some extra fun to your child’s summer with this classic summer camp!  Campers enjoy arts, crafts, hiking, exploring + more in the great outdoors at Lake Fairfax Park!  Take a ride on the antique carousel and a tour boat ride!  Campers get to play games and test their skills with Field Day activities!  Preschool waterdaycampers enjoy WATER DAY while Elementary campers visit the Water Mine Family Swimmin’ Hole daily and participate in a weekly talent show!  Water Mine Season passes are accepted for a reduced activity fee.  Register TODAY!
