Farm School is the name of our preschool program, and it is designed for children who are 3, 4, or 5 years of age. Katydid’s Farm School is a preschool program established to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally, socially and intellectually through developmentally appropriate experiences.
Our philosophy at Farm School is learning through play. We believe that play is an effective method of learning and develops self-confidence. Children will get a chance to enjoy the sights and sounds of a working farm in a safe, enjoyable atmosphere. They will have the opportunity to observe the farm and its natural surroundings while enhancing their fine and gross motor skills.
Morning classes at Farm School meet from 9:00 to 11:45 AM. Afternoon classes meet from 12:30 to 3:15 PM. Children should be three by September 30 of the year enrolled and must be potty trained to attend. Class options include two, three, four or 5 days per week. We also offer DISCOVERY TIME/STEM classes for 4-year old and Pre-K students.Click Here for Preschool Registration Info
