2022 Summer Camps

COVID -19: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not offering camps at Burke Lake Park for the summer of 2022. Check back next year.
Katydid offers camps for both preschool and elementary aged children from June through late August. See below for more information including schedule and registration link for each camp.
PRESCHOOL CAMPS (3-6 years):
Nature’s Secrets in the Great Outdoors: Get ready to discover the great outdoors with new adventures daily. Observe nature up close with daily hikes. Look for wildlife like squirrels, groundhogs, fish, lizards, hawks, ducks and more. Other activities include games, crafts, a train ride (and a carousel ride for half-day campers). Bring lunch, snack and drink daily. An activity fee of $5 is due on first day. Children must be potty trained. 9 AM – 1 PM
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CAMPS (6-8 years):
Nature’s Secrets in the Great Outdoors: Get ready to discover the great outdoors with new adventures daily. Observe nature up close with daily hikes. Learn about fishing and practice skills during a weekly fishing adventure. Be ready to make crafts, play mini golf and go on a train ride. Bring lunch, snack, and a drink daily. An activity fee of $15 is due the first day of camp. 9 AM – 4 PM
